ITINERARY*

September 14

Upon arrival to Bali, Island of the Gods, you’ll be greeted at Denpasar airport with a welcoming smile and whisked away to Desa Seni, an oasis of verdant greenery and warm hospitality in the heart of happening Canggu. After check-in, enjoy some time relaxing in your original antique home or sidle up poolside. Then join us in the evening for introductions and a welcome dinner.

September 15

Start the morning with a guided yoga and meditation session before delighting in a sumptuous plant-based breakfast at the hotel’s alfresco restaurant. Following breakfast, you’ll enjoy a morning to yourself to recharge with a good book or soak up the sun by the saltwater swimming pool. After indulging in a healthful lunch, you’ll partake in a two-hour life coaching workshop with Angie, where you’ll identify the key areas of your life that need the most attention and get started on unpacking those issues that are holding you back. Let the principles of the workshop sink in during the afternoon or opt to dive right in with a one-on-one coaching session with Angie before we enjoy a delicious dinner highlighting produce from the resort’s own garden.

September 18

We’ll start the day as soon as it's begun with a 1:30 a.m. pickup to head to the mighty Mount Batur, an active volcano that has erupted three times in the past century. After a moderate hike up to the summit, you’ll be rewarded with the chance to greet the sun as it rises from slumber. Enjoy breakfast on the summit amidst breathtaking views before we make our way back down to the bottom, where we’ll be whisked back to Desa Seni in time for lunch. The afternoon is yours to nap or relax poolside before we enjoy dinner together.

September 19

Get your zen going early with yoga and meditation followed by breakfast and a morning on your own. We’ll dine on a delicious catered lunch before the second two-hour life coaching session with Angie that will further explore and tie together the numerous aspects of coaching and how to implement the practices once you return to daily life. The afternoon is free for you to enjoy. Book a surf lesson or spa treatment if you wish or peruse the whimsical offerings in one of Canggu’s many boutiques before dinner on your own tonight.

September 16

Today starts with a digital detox where we’ll switch off our phones for the duration of the day during breakfast. We’ll leave technology behind so we can disconnect to reconnect with ourselves. After breakfast, we’ll depart for Gunung Kawi, an ancient rocky temple situated in Pakerisan River, near Tampaksiring village. You’ll glimpse gorgeous rice terraces as we descend the steps to view this beautiful complex. Then we’ll make our way to Tirta Empul, one of the largest water temples in Indonesia, along with Desa Seni’s in-house healer as our guide, who will teach the full purification ceremony ritual along with offerings. We’ll enjoy lunch at a nearby health-focused restaurant before heading back to Canggu for a free afternoon, followed by dinner together.

September 17

After a guided yoga and meditation session in the morning, we’ll continue our mindfulness with a silent breakfast to really connect with the act of nourishing our bodies. To further this bond, you'll partake in a cooking class focused exclusively on whole food, plant-based recipes with an Indonesian twist, along with a nutrition workshop on the value and benefit of a whole food, plant-based diet. After, we’ll feast on the fruits of our labor for lunch. Then savor a relaxed afternoon or coaching session with Angie followed by dinner on your own with recommendations from us.

September 20

After a cleansing morning meditation and breakfast, you’ll have free time to laze by the pool or secure a coaching session with Angie. Lunch is on your own, and in the afternoon, choose to partake in an optional yoni egg and dance workshop that will invite you to connect with your sensuality and divine feminine energy. Tonight, we’ll end our time together in Bali with a special farewell dinner.

September 21

An optional morning yoga and meditation session will be available for you whether you plan to catch a flight home, stick around a few extra days in Bali or continue your journey to another island. A wholesome breakfast will be provided before departure.
